The web cam came quickly, and we were able to get it set up before my wife left on her next trip much to the excitement of her and the kids. The webcam fits perfectly onto her laptop and comes on and off easily so she can store it in her laptop bag when she is not using. The software was very easy to use, and once we had the webcam all set up and signed up for a Skype account she was up and running, no hassles or issues with sound or video and the picture was crystal clear. The webcam takes great snapshots and it is very easy to transfer them into a file to use for uploading online. The video quality is not quite as nice as the one we have at home, but more than we expected for what we bought. This camera is perfect for a way to keep in touch with your family when on the road, and the kids and my wife love being able to say good night before bed, and the fact that my wife can even read the girls a bedtime story. No more problems getting them off to bed when mummy is away either which is a major plus for me.
