Our Shipping Policies

1. We make every effort to ensure your order will be shipped on the same day as long as your order is placed before 12:00 noon on regular business days (Monday through Friday). Any order that is placed outside of regular business hours or on holidays will be shipped on the next business day.
2. Once your order has been shipped a confirmation email will be sent to your listed email or PayPal email address.
3. In the event you receive an item that is broken, defective or malfunctions we will give you a full refund.
4. In the unlikely event that any item you have ordered gets lost in shipping, we will ship you a replacement 30 days after the original shipping date. If the item that is lost cannot be replaced due to its nature or unavailability we will issue you a full refund.
